Concept｜研究室の年間スケジュールの考え方
The following schedule is described in detail as newcomers can understand, and annual activities for each student will progress through repeated conversations with professors.
- Never waste your time. Study where you can concentrate.
- Our important routine is a weekly journal club. Students take turns to make up materials and presentations for training fundamental skills.
- Collaboration among students conducting similar topics is recommended because of deep understanding.
- “Line” to a professor. Never waste your time.
以下に，研究室の理想的な一年のスケジュールを示します．卒論生や大学院生向けに詳しく書いてありますが，実際には教員と話しながら進行にあわせて決まることの方が多いです．
- 自習重視．自己実現重視． 毎日研究室在室を課すルールはない．
- 唯一のルーチンは，週１回２時間程度の抄読会．もちまわりで資料作成＋発表し，ここで，スキルやまとめる能力を高める．
- 類似テーマの学生どうしが適宜協力しあって研究をすすめる．その方が研究に対する理解が進みやすいから．
- 学生は思い立ったら気軽に教員にラインする．
