This study proposes a recycling system for discarded concrete, producing recycled cement and solidified bodies from waste concrete powder and evaluating their performances. Recycled cement, manufactured through calcination, exhibited performances equivalent to regular Portland cement. Solidified bodies, created via low-temperature hydrothermal synthesis, demonstrated high compressive strength. Based on these findings, a concrete waste recycling system is suggested to reduce construction waste volume and prevent resource depletion.
